Subscription Refunds
ContextPin is offered as an annual subscription billed at $9/month ($108/year). We offer the following refund terms:
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with ContextPin, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
- Renewal Refunds: For subscription renewals, you have 7 days from the renewal date to request a full refund of the renewal charge.

Refund Processing

- Your access to ContextPin will be terminated upon refund processing
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be provided in the following situations:

Free Trial
ContextPin offers a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to all features at no cost. No payment information is required to start your trial. If you choose not to subscribe after the trial ends, you will not be charged.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to ContextPin until the end of your current billing period
- Your subscription will not renew
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time (except within the refund periods stated above)
